  8. Thanks for liking my post. Your blog looks inspiring. I like it!

    • You’re welcome and thank *you*, I appreciate it 😀 I liked your post because I’ve been wanting to start a journal for a while now, but I’m not sure where to start. Hopefully this summer might be an inspiration! 🙂

  9. Thanks for the welcoming comment on my first blog post! I’m very excited to discover your blog, and I’m going to share it with my sister, a fellow aspiring author. 🙂

    • You’re welcome! I think it was important to say that although at the beginning you may be confused what to write about, you’ll finally get there, but don’t let the struggle hinder you. I’m glad you’re already enjoying this blog and a thanks to you for the comment and sharing my blog 😀

  10. Hi! I’m thrilled you subscribed to me! Since it’s engrained in me to be thorough, edit relentlessly, and never merely dash something off; every new subscriber is a treasure to me! May I recommend to everyone, my piece about an old genre? It is underestimated because it’s in discount bins. http://cmriedel.wordpress.com/2012/04/09/favourite-genre-gothic-mystery/

  11. I wanted to clarify your note “thanks for the recommendations” on Sara Flower’s blog. It’s hard to tell to whom one is replying on threads. I didn’t see Sara offer a list. Did you address me? I suggested Natasha Mostert and Winifred Elze, amazing authors sometimes cropping up in horror. I don’t avoid the genre even if other stuff is blech. http://cmriedel.wordpress.com/2012/02/06/my-anniversary-here/

    • Hey there, I was thanking Sara as she wrote: ‘Stephen King is probably a good author to start with if you want to dabble in horror. You would probably also like Dean Koontz. House by Ted Dekker is an awesome scary tale with some lively redemption in the end and Scream by Mike Dellosso is also an intense read.’ But at the same time, thanks for clarifying that because you’ve given me one more suggestion, I’ll definitely check that out! Thanks for commenting

  12. LOVE your blog. Thanks for the inspiration!

  13. I would really like to make a button out of the poster on this page… is it your design? or can you give me a link to the original?

    • Hey

That sounds awesome 😉 It’s not my design, and unfortunately I’m not sure about the original, original, because I’m sure I just borrowed it off Google. Sorry!

  14. Thanks for following me! I’m finding a lot of your posts extremely helpful as an aspiring author and frequent writer. Keep the writing advice coming. Cheers!
